Julz Baldwin

Music Services Manager

Julz graduated in the summer of 2006 with a Music degree from Southampton University. During her time there she developed a particular interest in music psychology and the use of music in advertising. Following an autumn internship at Leap, Julz joined the company team in November 2006 as Music Services Assistant.

Julz is an active member of the local music scene in her hometown of Winchester where she promotes and organises music events at several venues. Julz also regularly takes her performances as a DJ and member of her band Capital X to venues across London and the UK. In her spare time Julz roadies for a number of her friends' bands, allowing her to indulge in her favourite pastime of drinking beer in the back of a van whilst listening to Iron Maiden.

Julz was promoted to Music Services Coordinator in January 2008.

Julz was then promoted to Music Services Manager in January 2010.
