After being lured by the charms of the music industry at Radio Luxembourg and Carrere Records, Judy’s major label experience began in earnest at MCA in 1989 whilst instigating a brand new synch licensing business. Having then completed a four year stint as their International Catalogue Manager, she moved to PolyGram/Universal in 1996 to develop a sponsored album portfolio and subsequently manage a range of strategic brand partnerships for companies such as British Airways and Marks & Spencer.

In 2007, following seven years at BBC Worldwide as Head of Music Licensing, she was able to integrate this experience by launching The Music Label Agency working with brands and labels who want to extend their own business and content development activities. This in turn has recently allowed her the opportunity to also assist Leap Music with their Synch Licensing endeavours.
