Alban left the fresh mountain air and tranquillity of Geneva seven years ago craving the buzz of the big smoke to pursue his dream of working in the music business. He got his foot in the door working for labels such as Ninja Tune, Wall of Sound, Beggars and became a talent scout for 4AD Records. He developed his A&R career at Warner imprint 679 RECORDINGS where he worked with The Streets, Futureheads, Kano, Plan B, King Creosote, The Long Blondes, M.Craft and Annie & Mystery Jets.

Alban currently runs his own record label & artist management company Yodel Music and has partnered with Leap to leverage his A&R skills in the exciting area of music & brands.
